Regarding the Decision to Terminate Judicial Proceedings

AB Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius, identification code 304151376, registered
office placed at Aguonu str. 24, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total
number of registered ordinary shares issued by company is 894 630 333; ISIN
code LT0000130023. 

We hereby inform that on March 30, 2016 the Supreme Court of Lithuania
(hereinafter – the Court) approved the settlement agreement in the case of a
joint-stock company’s Lietuvos Dujos activities investigation. With reference
to the settlement agreement the Court terminated judicial proceedings. 

The case was initiated by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania
on March 25, 2011 and was being examined in closed court hearings, therefore
the case is not public. 

Please note that since January 1, 2016 ESO took all rights and obligations from
the joint-stock company Lietuvos Dujos.
