2016-06-28 16:15:01 CEST 2016-06-28 16:15:01 CEST BIRTINGARSKYLDAR UPPLÝSNINGAR Neo Industrial Oyj - Company AnnouncementNEO INDUSTRIAL PLC STOCK RELEASE 28 June at 5.15NEO INDUSTRIAL PLC: CHANGE IN NEO INDUSTRIAL PLC'S OWN B SHARES HELD BY THE COMPANY According to decisions made by the Annual General Meeting on 9.4.2015 Neo Industrial Plc has assigned 2,599 of its own B shares to the former members of the Board of Directors concerning period 9.4.2015 – 31.3.2016. 2,051 shares were assigned as a part of the annual remuneration and 548 shares were assigned as a part of bonus remuneration of the former members of the Board of Directors. The Annual General Meeting on 9.4.2015 approved that the members of the Board of Directors, including former members, be paid a bonus based on the development of the company's B share price. Should the annual return exceed 50 percent, the bonus shall be paid in accordance with 50 percent. Furthermore, the AGM decided that approximately 40 per cent of the bonuses will be paid with the shares of the company. The share price of Neo Industrial Plc B shares has risen during the set bonus period from EUR 1.95 to EUR 2.06 (5.64 %). Neo Industrial Plc is holding 16,470 own B shares after this assignment. The annual remuneration and bonus remuneration shares to current members of the Board of Directors were assigned on 27 June.2016. A separate announcement was published about the matter.
