PC “ Lithuanian shipping company “ Board has accepted the statement of General
Director Audronis Lubys and as per mutual agreement has terminated his
employment contract as from 25.06.2015. As from 26.06.2015 Technical Director 
Valerijus  Adamonis has been appointed as acting General Director until General
Director of PC “ Lithuanian shipping company “ is  elected.
