Aktia Bank and Vöyrin Säästöpankki implement merger


Aktia Bank plc and the savings bank Vöyrin Säästöpankki have today resolved to
implement the merger of Vöyrin Säästöpankki into Aktia Bank and notified the
transfer of Vöyrin Säästöpankki's banking business to Aktia Bank for
registration in the Finnish Trade Register as per 2 June 2014. 


Information about the transaction has previously been published in Aktia Bank's
Stock Exchange Releases dated 24 October 2013 and 23 December 2013.
