Marel signs letter of intent regarding sale of Stork Food and Dairy Systems

Marel has signed a letter of intent with the Dutch private equity firm Nimbus
regarding the sale of Stork Food and Dairy Systems, a non-core operating unit.
The intent is to finalize the transaction before year-end. 

Marel is confident that Nimbus would be a very suitable owner for Stork Food
and Dairy Systems. For Marel, the conclusion of the agreement would be a
positive step in the company's effort to sharpen further the focus on its core
business.
