In AB Ukio bankas’ group – new subsidiaries.

Hereby we announce that AB Ukio bankas completed 357 million litas 94.9 percent
of UAB “Zalgirio sporto arena” shares takeover transaction and increased the
stake of UAB "Zalgirio sporto arena” shares owned up to 100 percent. UAB
“Zalgirio sporto arena” became the subsidiary company of the Bank. UAB
“Zalgirio sporto arena” by proprietary right and according to lease agreements
controls the land area and the real estate situated in this land area in the
central part of Vilnius city. In order to maximize the value of the real estate
project, the disintegration and realization of the separate parts of the
project is scheduled, so the shares intercepted will be transferred to a newly
established subsidiaries of AB Ukio bankas (UAB „ZSA 1“, UAB „ZSA 2“, UAB „ZSA
3“, UAB „ZSA 4“, UAB „ZSA 5“).
