SHARE SUBSCRIPTION WITH WARRANTS AND INCREASE OF SHARE CAPITAL

IXONOS PLC     STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT    11.03.2008                        

SHARE SUBSCRIPTION WITH WARRANTS AND INCREASE OF SHARE CAPITAL                  

A total number of 13,000 new shares have been subscribed with Ixonos Plc stock  
options plan II subtype II/D2 warrants.                                         

The subscription price of the warrants was EUR 3.22, in accordance with the     
terms.                                                                          

The corresponding share capital increase of EUR 520 has been entered in the     
Finnish Trade Register on 11 March 2008. After the increase, the share capital  
of Ixonos Plc is EUR 365,005.20 and the number of shares is 8,900,130.          

The new shares provide their holders with full shareholder rights, including    
dividend payment for the financial period 2007.                                 

The Ixonos Plc stock options plan II is based on the decision by the Board of   
Directors on 26 February 2002, with the authorization of the General Meeting.   
The terms of the plan were published as a stock exchange release on 27 February 
2002.                                                                           

The new shares will be applied for public trading on the OMX Nordic Exchange    
Helsinki in the same share class as the company's old shares.
