NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP INTEREST UNDER CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10
OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, Stockmann
has today been notified by Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f that the
aggregate ownership interest of Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f and KSF
Media Holding Ab, a company controlled by Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f,
has, in connection with the increase in share capital on August 18, 2009,
decreased below 10 per cent. At the same time the aggregate ownership of
voting rights has decreased below 15 per cent.

The ownership is divided between different series so that the number of
Series A shares is 4,434,289 and the number of Series B shares is
1,938,984, hence the total percentage of the shares is 9.46 and the total
percentage of voting rights is 14.09.
