Amber Grid AB - Notification on material event

Notice of information on the material event regarding the inclusion of AB Amber Grid into the list of the enterprises having considerable importance to ensuring national security

Issuer AB Amber Grid, legal entity code 303090867, registered address:
Savanorių pr. 28, LT-03116 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter - AB Amber Grid),
informs that on 24 April 2014 the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania
approved the Law Amending Article 5 of the Law on Enterprises and Facilities of
Strategic Importance to National Security and Other Enterprises of Importance
to Ensuring National Security No IX-1132 (hereinafter - the Law), whereby AB
Amber Grid is included into the list of the enterprises having considerable
importance to ensuring national security. 

The Law will come into effect after it is signed by the President of the
Republic of Lithuania and published in accordance with the laws of the Republic
of Lithuania.
