Notifications on the disposal of voting rights

Sanitas AB received two notifications of  Invalda AB on the disposal of voting
rights. The first notification states that the crossed threshold was 30 %, the
reason for crossing the threshold - sale of shares to Baltic Pharma Limited;
the other notification states that the crossed threshold was 50 %, the reason
for crossing the threshold - dissolution of the existing group of persons
acting in concert after amendment of agreement on the management of the issuer
