Marel hf. invites market participants and investors to a meeting where the
Company's consolidated financial statement for Q1 2012 will be presented. 

The results will be presented by Theo Hoen, CEO, Erik Kaman, CFO, and Sigsteinn
P. Gretarsson, COO. 

The presentation will be held Friday, 27 April, at 8:30 a.m. GMT, at the
Company's headquarters, Austurhraun 9, Gardabaer.
