Notification on the cover of loss of Įmonių grupė “ALITA”, AB with additional contribution of a shareholder

“ALITA”, AB (a public limited liability company established and functioning
under laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 302444238, address
of the registered office at Miškininkų g. 17, Alytus, the Republic of
Lithuania, data about the Company are collected and kept in the Register of
Legal Entities) (hereinafter, the Company) hereby informs that in fulfilment of
the decisions taken in the general meeting of shareholders of the Company held
on 3 October 2011, on 6 October 2011 the Company and the Company's shareholder
Vytautas Junevičius signed an agreement on the shareholder's contribution,
under which a setoff was made of homogeneous opposite claims arising out of the
decisions taken by the general meeting of shareholders of the Company held on 3
October 2011 regarding the cover of the Company's loss with additional
contribution of the shareholder and out of credit line agreement No.
06-046799-KL, dated 29 June 2006 (with later amendments), and the claims
assignment agreement, dated 6 October 2011. Under the said agreement the
Company's shareholder Vytautas Junevičius covered the Company's loss in the
amount of LTL 5,261,036 by additional contribution of a shareholder.
