PC "Lithuanian shipping company " interim information for twelve months of 2014

On 24th February 2015 the Board of PC “Lithuanian Shipping Company” (LSC) has
confirmed unaudited financial reports prepared according to the International
Financial Reporting Standards for the year ended 31 December 2014. 

The income during year 2014 was LTL 70,0 million (EUR 20,3 million), 2013 - LTL
92,3 million LTL (EUR 26,7 million). At the end of year 2014 LSC had 7 ships,
at the end of year 2013 - 10 ships. 

  Company‘s operating losses of year 2014 were LTL 13,5 million (EUR 3,9
million), the losses of year 2013 - LTL 40,9 million (EUR 11,8 million). 

  EBITDA during the year  2014 was LTL 2,2 million (EUR 0,6 million), EBITDA
during the year 2013 was LTL 3,1 million (EUR 0,9 million). 

  LSC long-term investments (ships' repairs) during year 2014 were LTL 2,3
million (EUR 0,7 million). Long-term investments during the year 2013 were LTL
5,2 million (EUR 1,5 million).
