Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2006C

A total of 2 600 Cramo Plc's new shares were subscribed for under the company's
stock option rights 2006C by 19 December 2011. The entire subscription price of
EUR 16 822.00 will be entered in the paid-in capital. As a result of the share
subscriptions, the number of Cramo Plc shares will increase to 41 441 686. 

The shares subscribed for under the stock options were registered in the Trade
Register on 13 January 2012, as of which date the new shares will establish
shareholder rights. 

Trading in the new shares will begin on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on 16 January 2012.

The share subscription period for stock options 2006C is between 1 October 2011
and 31 January 2013. Each stock option 2006C entitles its holder to subscribe
for 1.3 Cramo shares. By 19 December 2011 a total of 2 600 Cramo Plc's new
shares were subscribed for under the stock option rights 2006C and a total of
876 500 stock option rights 2006C remain unexercised. The outstanding stock
options 2006C entitle to a total of 1 139 450 shares in Cramo.
