TALENTUM ACQUIRES CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS INFORMATION COMPANIES IN SWEDEN AND
NORWAY 


Talentum Oyj (“Talentum”) has today agreed on the acquisition of the entire
share capital of Sverige Bygger Ab and Norge Bygges Ab (“The Companies”). The
seller is Bisnode Ab in Sweden. The enterprise value is EUR 4,7 Million and the
purchase price is EUR 7,5 Million. The purchase price will be paid in cash upon
signing. In addition the deal includes a contingent purchase price element that
is dependent on the profitability development of The Companies during 2010 -
2011. The acquisition has no effect on Talentum's financial result during 2009. 

The Companies have a combined projected annual revenue of EUR 6,3 Million in
2009. Approximately one quarter of the revenue originates from Norway and the
rest from Sweden. The Companies are profitable and they employ 85 people. 

The Companies are market leading providers of high quality and user-friendly
information and marketing services for the construction industry. Via daily
market surveys, The Companies gather and provide detailed information about
developments in the construction industry, including construction projects,
construction companies, tenders and procurements. The Companies also offer
their customers historical data about both construction projects and
construction companies dating back to 1994.

staff and continuous positive product development in a true entrepreneurial
spirit. It is the lack of significant synergies with Bisnode's other operations
which has motivated our decision to sell. With the new owners, the Companies
will have opportunities for exciting ongoing development,” says Johan Wall, CEO
of Bisnode. 

“This acquisition is consistent with Talentum's strategy by strengthening our
capabilities in the area of information services. We already publish in Sweden
Byggvärlden magazine for professionals in construction industry and Ny Teknik
magazine for professionals in engineering industry. This acquisition will
enable us to serve the construction industry professionals even better. The
acquisition also supports our internationalization strategy. Over 80 % of the
Companies' annual revenue originates from online subscription fees which makes
Talentum more independent of advertisement revenues,” comments Juha Blomster,
CEO of Talentum Group.
