RAISIO PLC’S BOARD HAS ELECTED ITS CHAIRMEN

The board of directors elected by the Annual General Meeting on 23 March 2017 
- Erkki Haavisto, Ilkka Mäkelä, Leena Niemistö, Matti Perkonoja, Michael
Ramm-Schmidt and Ann-Christine Sundell – has elected Matti Perkonoja as its
chairman and Michael Ramm-Schmidt as its vice chairman. 

The term of the board commenced on 23 March 2017.
