Amber Grid - Notification on material event

New Prices for Natural Gas Transmission Services

On 19 November 2015 (Minutes No. 13), the Board of Directors of AB Amber Grid
approved the prices for natural gas transmission services that will come into
effect from 1 January 2016. The prices, approved by the Board of Directors of
AB Amber Grid, are presented to The National Commission for Energy Control and
Prices for approbation.
