Nordea Mortgage Bank Plc -Home Member State

Pursuant to chapter 7, section 3 of the Securities Market Act, an issuer of a
security other than a share, if the denomination or accounting par value of a
security issued by it is at least EUR 1,000, must choose its home Member State
for disclosure of periodic information when the securities are admitted to
trading on a regulated market.

The Board of Directors of Nordea Mortgage Bank Plc has today decided that it
chooses Finland as its Home Member State.
