Affecto Plc's shares subscribed with stock options

Between 31 August 2013 and 29 November 2013 a total of 33 409 shares have been
subscribed with the 2008C stock options (FI4000062229). As a result of the
share subscriptions, the number of Affecto's shares will increase to 22 318
604. 

The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on
13 December 2013. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 16
December 2013.
