THE NEW SHARES OF UUTECHNIC GROUP REGISTERED WITH THE TRADE REGISTER

The new shares of Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj’s rights issue, total 9 985 850
shares, have been registered today with the trade Register. The new shares will
be combined with the actual Uutechnic Group shares and the trading will
commence in December 29, 2015. 

After the new shares being registered with the Trade Register, the total number
of shares and voting rights in Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj is from December 28,
2015 onwards 25 963 210 shares and votes.
