Acquisition of shares

On 30 March 2010, AB Bank SNORAS acquired 31.96 per cent of the shares of AS"Latvijas Krajbanka" and thereby increased its managed block of shares of this
bank up to 85.07 per cent. The shares were acquired from Vladimir Antonov, the
main shareholder of AB Bank SNORAS.By this acquisition AB Bank SNORAS will
definitely strengthen its positions both in Latvia and in Lithuania.
