Notification of Change in Holdings according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the
Securities Markets Act 

Glaston Corporation has today received a notification of change in holdings in
accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act as follows: 
Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy's share of the total number of shares and voting
rights in Glaston Corporation has fallen below 5 per cent. 

In accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act
we hereby notify the Financial Supervisory Authority and Glaston Corporation as
follows: 

1. Name of the issuer of shares: Glaston Corporation

2. Reason for the flagging notification: sale of shares

3. Date of change in holdings: 27 January 2015

4. Share of the total number of shares and voting rights in the issuer: Suomen
Teollisuussijoitus Oy holds now 8,601,371 shares representing 4.44 per cent of
the number of shares and voting rights in Glaston. 

5. Share ownership in previous flagging release on 25.2.2011:  Number of shares
and voting rights 8,139,692 shares representing 8,32 per cent of the total
amount of Glaston Corporation shares as  Glaston Corporation share capital
comprised 97,880,768 shares. 

 6. Name and business identity code of the shareholder subject to the
notification obligation: Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy, Business ID 1007806-3. 



Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy's ownership before the sale of shares was
16,601,371 shares representing 8.57 per cent of the total amount of Glaston
shares. 
The number of Glaston Corporation shares and voting rights totals 193,708,336.
