The financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with the
International Financial Reporting Standards. 
The audited   result of the company‘s for the year 2008.
•	the audited profit before taxes LTL  6,47 million(EUR   1,87million)
            (during the previours year was LTL 42,47  million (EUR  12,3
million) the profit 
•	the sales income of the year 2008 comprised LTL 395,59 million
(EUR   114,57 million.),(during the previous year was LTL 305,06million (EUR
88,35 million)). 
•	the audited  net loss   LTL 34,32 million ( 9,94 EUR million.)during the
previous year was LTL 33,92 mln.(EUR 9,82 million) the net profit. 


Loss in 2008 was incurred due to recalculation of deferred profit tax, because
pursuant to the decision of the Government of Lithuania as of 1 January 2009,
profit tax rate increased to 20.
