CLAUSAL COMPUTING OY HAS EXTENDED THE OFFER PERIOD FOR ITS CASH TENDER OFFER FOR ALL SHARES AND STOCK OPTIONS IN TECTIA CORPORATION UNTIL APRIL 27, 2012

As announced previously, Clausal Computing Oy has made a cash tender offer (the
“Tender Offer”) to purchase all the shares and stock options entitling to
Shares in Tectia Corporation not already owned by Tectia or its subsidiaries or
by the offeror or its affiliates. 

Tectia Corporation has today received information that Clausal Computing Oy has
extended the offer period of the Tender Offer until April 27, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.
(Finnish time). Except for the extended offer period, the terms and conditions
of the Tender Offer remain unchanged.
