Nordic Aluminium - Company Announcement

The trade of Nordic Aluminium Plc’s Nivala factory has been confirmed

Nordic Aluminium Plc sells its Nivala factory and related business and assets
to Hollmén & Co Oy. The trade will be finalized during the last quarter of
2012. Completion of the trade was subject to the fulfillment of certain
financial terms of the buyer´s side which now have been confirmed. 



The trade will have a positive impact on the cash flow and an extraordinary
negative, approximately 2.0 million euro, impact on the operating profit for
the last quarter of 2012. The trade has no significant impact on the company.
The trade will be paid in cash, the purchase price is not public.
