           Changes in the timing of Talvivaara's financial reporting



Talvivaara  Mining  Company  Plc  ("Company")  will  publish  its 2015 Financial
Statements  Release,the  Review  by  the  Board  of  Directors and the Financial
Statements  earlier  than  previously  indicated.  The  Company's 2015 Financial
Statements Release will be published on 7 March 2016. The Review by the Board of
Directors  and  the  Financial  Statements  as  well as the Corporate Governance
Statement for 2015 will be published during the week starting 21 March 2016.
