Bankas Snoras AB - Notification on material event

Concerning the essential decision

On 11 May 2011, Kaunas District Court declined the lawsuit of VšĮ Kaunas
“Žalgiris” sponsor against AB Bank SNORAS. In the lawsuit, submitted on 14
January 2010, the sponsor of VšĮ Kaunas “Žalgiris” requested the court to
acknowledge the loan agreement as invalid and to admit the loan in the amount
of 3,000,000 litas, received according to the agreement, as the support.
