Re. unconfirmed information distributed by the third party

Following the Article 24 of the Rules on the Assurance of Confidentiality and
Disclosure of Inside Information approved by Lithuanian Securities Commission
and with regards to unconfirmed information distributed by the third party on 7
December 2010, TEO LT, AB (hereinafter TEO or “the Company”) confirms that the
Company participates in a tender regarding acquisition of a 100 per cent stake
in UAB Kabeliniai Ryšių Tinklai, a provider of Internet and television
services.
