Regarding resignation of three members of the board of Įmonių grupė “ALITA”, AB and transfer of shares by three major shareholders

Alytus, Lithuania, 2011-06-30 17:03 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Company
informs that as of 30/06/2011 Vilmantas Pečiūra, Arvydas Jonas Stankevičius and
Darius Vėželis resigned from the Company's board. Also the Company informs that
on 30/06/2011 Vilmantas Pečiūra, Janina Pečiūrienė, Arvydas Jonas Stankevičius,
Darius Vėželis and Edmundas Vėželis has transferred their owned all shares to
another Company's shareholder Vytautas Junevičius.
