TRADING IN THE SHARES OF GEOSENTRIC OYJ SUSPENDED



Trading in the shares of GeoSentric Oyj was suspended on the NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki today on the company´s request. The trading was suspended due to the
company´s inability to obtain additional funding as disclosed earlier today on
April 3, 2012. In the absence of securing any viable alternatives for the
funding, the Board was left with no choice other than to start preparing the
process for inviting the shareholders' meeting to decide on placing of the
company into liquidation. The Company will release the invitation to the
shareholders' meeting without delay.
