Regarding the resolutions of AB Lietuvos Dujos Supervisory Board

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-04-14 15:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Supervisory
Board of AB Lietuvos Dujos (identification code 120059523, registered address:
Aguonų str. 24, LT-03212 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania) decided to approve the
Annual Report of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the year 2014, the Annual Financial
Statements of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the year 2014 audited by the audit company
„Ernst & Young Baltic”, UAB, the draft of the profit appropriation of AB
Lietuvos Dujos for the year 2014, and decided to submit this review to the
Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of AB Lietuvos Dujos to be held on
27th April 2015. 

Shareholders may get acquainted with the documents related to the agenda of the
Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of AB Lietuvos Dujos, draft decisions
regarding the questions on the agenda, documents to be submitted to the
Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and other information related to the
implementation of the rights of shareholders on the website of AB Lietuvos
Dujos at http://www.lietuvosdujos.lt as well as on the premises of AB Lietuvos
Dujos (Aguonų str. 24, Vilnius) during working hours (7.30-11.30 a.m. and
12.15-4.30 p.m.; 7.30-11.30 a.m. and 12.15-3.15 p.m. on Fridays).
