Discontinued registration of the minutes of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 23-06-2009

The court has discontinued validity of the decisions of the extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders held on 23.06.2009. 


On 01 July 2009, the AB “Gubernija“ received the ruling of Šiauliai City
District Court dated 30-06-2009. This ruling discontinued validity of the
minutes and decisions of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders,
prohibited their registration with the Register of Legal Persons.
