FL Group granted the rights to exercise its voting rights in TM

Today The Icelandic Financial Supervisory Authority, granted FL Group the
rights to exercise its voting rights in Tryggingamiðstöðin (TM), exceeding the
50% limit.  Currently FL Groups owns 99.1% of the shares in TM.
