Notice Regarding Acquired Ordinary Registered Shares of Joint-stock Company LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ

Joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, a joint-stock company established and
functioning under laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code
220551550, registered address Elektrinės g. 21, Elektrėnai, wholly controlled
by the Republic of Lithuania, (hereinafter - the Company), data of the company
are collected and stored at the Register of Legal Entities, hereby informs that
while implementing electricity sector reorganization plan, on October 8, 2010
acquired from Visagino Atominė Elektrinė UAB (code 301844044, registered
address Žvejų g. 14, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania), wholly controlled by
the Republic of Lithuania, 6,227,836 (six million two hundred twenty seven
thousand eight hundred and thirty six) ordinary registered shares of the
joint-stock company LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ, with the nominal value equal to 1 (one)
litas, which comprises 4.27% of all shares of the joint-stock company LIETUVOS
ELEKTRINĖ, and exceeded the limit of 95%. 

The shares were acquired at the price, defined in the report, appraising shares
of the joint-stock company LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ and defining market value,
performed by independent appraisers. 

Joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA and Visagino Atominė Elektrinė UAB, while
making the shares acquisition and sale contract, agreed that settling of
payment  for the acquired shares of the joint-stock company LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ
will be performed by including a part of a loan payable back by Visagino
Atominė Elektrinė UAB, equal to LTL 26,779,694.80 (twenty six million seven
hundred seventy nine thousand six hundred ninety four litas and 80 centas). 

Currently the Company by right of ownership controls 139,292,961 (one hundred
thirty nine million two hundred ninety two thousand nine hundred and sixty one)
ordinary registered shares of the joint-stock company LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ, which
stands for 95.54% of all shares of the joint-stock company LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ.
