BasWare to deliver an Invoice Automation solution to ADT

BASWARE CORP. STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE APRIL 18, 2007 

BasWare Corporation will provide security service company ADT, a division of    
Tyco, with BasWare Invoice Processing and matching solutions as well as the     
BasWare KPI Reporting Tool. The value of the order is approximately EUR 280     
thousand.                                                                       

BasWare's solutions will be implemented in ADT's locations in the UK and will   
have a total of 1,200 end-users. The solutions are used to process approximately
500,000 purchase invoices annually and will be tightly integrated with ADT's two
ERP systems. The BasWare KPI Reporting Tool extracts data from the BasWare      
solutions to provide ADT with comprehensive information on their purchase to pay
process efficiency. Based on specific metrics selected by ADT, the company can  
continuously monitor and improve their processes.                               

BasWare Invoice Processing, BasWare Contract Matching and BasWare Order Matching
as well as the BasWare KPI Reporting Tool are part of the company's Enterprise  
Purchase to Pay solution suite. BasWare Invoice Processing eliminates manual    
processing of purchase invoices, enabling electronic workflow, revision, cost   
allocation and approval of invoices, as well as transfer to the company's       
accounts payable system. BasWare Contract Matching enables the automatic        
identification and approval of recurring invoices according to defined approval 
rules. BasWare Order Matching automatically matches purchase invoices with      
approved purchase orders.
