TIINA KUUSISTO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF TIIMARI RETAIL OY, A SUBSIDIARY OF      
TIIMARI PLC, WILL LEAVE TIIMARI GROUP.                                          

Tiina Kuusisto the Managing Director of Tiimari Retail Oy has resigned in order 
to pursue a career outside Tiimari Group. She will leave Tiimari by the end of  
July 2009. The recruitment of a replacement has been started.
