GROUP OF LARGEST SHAREHOLDERS IN AGREEMENT ON MANNER OF EXECUTION OF LEAD
INVESTOR'S FINANCING PROPOSAL AND FINANCING SOLUTION 





GeoSentric Oyj announces that it has been informed by its lead investor and a
group of Company's largest shareholders that they have reached an agreement on
manner of execution of the lead investor's financing proposal (“Proposal”) and
this group of largest shareholders' support and participation in the planned
financing stipulated in the Proposal. The agreement may also introduce some
changes to the terms of the Proposal. The Company has also been informed that
this agreement between the lead investor and the group largest shareholders
will secure group's short-term financing needs and provides a way forward for a
long-term financing solution. 



The Company expects to announce further details of the above-mentioned
agreement between the group of largest shareholders and the lead investor
within the next days to come after receiving this information.
