SC Klaipedos Nafta preliminary transhipment and revenue results for the April 2016

During April 2016 SC Klaipedos Nafta (hereinafter – the Company) reloaded 518
thousand tons of petroleum products into its storage tanks of Klaipeda oil
terminal and Subacius fuel base (SFB), i.e. grater by 5.1 per cent compared to
April 2015, when 493 thousand tons were reloaded.

During the four months of 2016 the Company in total reloaded 2,839 thousand
tons of petroleum products into its storage tanks or greater by 42.5 per cent
compared to the same period of 2015 when 1,992 thousand tons were reloaded. The
transhipment growth is mainly affected by the increased petroleum products
freights from Belorussia and increased transhipment volumes of SC ORLEN
Lietuva.

During April 2016 in the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal of the Company
1,390 thousand MWh of the natural gas were re-gasified and supplied to the
natural gas transmission system, i.e. grater by 2 times compared to April 2015,
when 459 thousand MWh where re-gasified. During four months of 2016 Company
re-gasified 6,478 thousand MWh of the natural gas, i.e. grater 2.5 times
compared to the same period of 2015, when 1,859 thousand MWh natural gas was
re-gasified.

The preliminary sales revenues for the four months 2016 of SC Klaipedos Nafta
oil terminal and SFB comprise EUR 15.7 million and are greater by 7.5 per cent
compared to the same period of 2015 (EUR 14.6 million).

The sales revenue of the Company’s oil terminal and SFB for the April 2016
comprise EUR 3.2 million that is less by 25.6 per cent compared to the revenue
of April 2015 (Eur 4.3 million). The reduce in revenue is related with the two
reasons: in April 2016 SC ORLEN Lietuva refinery had a turnaround that caused a
reduce in transhipment volumes; and in April 2015 the Company received revenue
from the sale of heavy petroleum products collected in Company’s water
treatment facilities (no such sales were in April 2015).

The preliminary sales revenues of the Company’s LNG Terminal for April 2016
comprise EUR 6.0 million (April 2015 – EUR 5.4 mln., change +11.1 per cent),
which is equal to the one twelfth of the liquefaction revenues approved by the
National Commission for Energy Control and Prices for the year 2016 and
regasification tariff for the period. The preliminary revenue of the LNG
terminal for the January-April 2016 comprise EUR 24.1 million and it’s grater
by 11.6 per cent compared to the same period 2015 (EUR 21.6 mln.).

Total preliminary sales revenues of the Company for the four months of 2016
comprise EUR 39.8 million, i.e. 9.9 per cent grater compared to same period
2015 (EUR 36.2 million).
