NEW SHARES IN HONKARAKENNE OYJ ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER

HONKARAKENNE OYJ   STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 23 June 2010 at 14:00 hours 
NEW SHARES IN HONKARAKENNE OYJ ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER   
A total of 220,000 new series B shares subscribed in the share issue of         
Honkarakenne Oyj, directed to executives' holding company Honka Management Oy on
31 May 2010, have been entered into the Trade Register today on 23 June 2010.   
The shareholder rights will commence after the new shares have been entered into
the Trade Register.                                                             

After the Trade Register entry of the new series B shares, the number of the    
Company's all shares will be 5.168.968 shares. The shares entered into the Trade
Register will be applied for public trading on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd on 24    
June 2010.
