Bonds issues LT0000401549 and LT0000401598 redemption postponed. Preliminary opinion of bondholders received with regard to proposals of the Company

Agrowill Group AB repeatedly informs that redemption of bonds issues 
LT0000401549 and LT0000401598 is postponed. According to the received 
opinions, majority of bondholders are likely to agree on proposal of 
restructuring the bonds issues.
