The exits together generate a cash flow of over one million euros for Amanda. All the exits are profitable. IK 2000 private equity fund has agreed to sell Eltel Networks to 3i. Eltel Networks is the Northern European market leader for the installation and maintenance of infrastructure for electricity and telecommunications. Eltel Networks headquarter is in Espoo, Finland and it employs 8,200 professionals across Europe primarily in the Nordics, the Baltics and Poland. The exit is due to be accounted in Amanda's result during the third quarter of this year. In addition two other private equity funds have recapitalized their target companies. These transactions generate proceeds to Amanda, which will be accounted in Amanda's result in the second quarter in 2007.
