DISCLOSURE UNDER CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT     

Raute Corporation has gained knowledge that Göran Sundholm's shareholding of    
Raute's share capital has exceeded the limit of three twentieth (3/20) on 8     
March 2010.                                                                     

The shareholding of Göran Sundholm of Raute Corporation's shares and voting     
rights:                                                                         

Raute Corporation's series A shares 601,433 pcs, share of the share capital     
15.02% and share of voting rights 2.63%.                                        

Raute Corporation's share capital consists of 4,004,758 shares, of which 991,161
are series K shares (ordinary share, 20 votes/share) and 3,013,597 are series A 
shares (1 vote/share).
