In week 3 2022 Arion Bank purchased own shares on Nasdaq Iceland. No Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) were purchased on Nasdaq Stockholm during the week. See further details below. No SDRs were purchased on Nasdaq Stockholm in week 3 2022 The Bank held 147,992,563 of own shares and SDRs prior to the transactions in week 3 and holds 150,547,672 shares and SDRs by the end of the same week. The Bank currently holds 9.07% of issued shares in the Bank. Since the launch of the share buyback programme the Bank has bought in total 38,693,356 shares and 344,686 SDRs. The Bank may purchase up to 54,490,370 shares/SDRs in total under the Program, corresponding to 3.28% of its current issued share capital. The repurchase authorization will be divided between the Icelandic and Swedish markets. Consequently, up to 544,904 SDRs may be repurchased in Sweden, corresponding to 0.03% of the current issued capital, and up to 53,945,466 shares repurchased in Iceland, corresponding to 3.25% of the Bank’s current issued capital. The total consideration for purchased SDRs shall not exceed ISK 100,000,000 in Sweden and ISK 9,900,000,000 for purchased shares in Iceland (ISK 10bn total). The Program will end no later than 16 March 2022. The Bank retains the right to discontinue the Program at any time. |
