RAISIO'S FINANCIAL REPORTING AND AGM IN 2018

Raisio plc will publish its Financial Statements release for 2017 on Monday 12 February 2018.

Financial Statements and Report of the Board of Directors for 2017 will be published in week 9, February 2018. The Annual Review 2017 will be published at www.raisio.com in week 10, March 2018.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday 21 March 2018.

In 2018 the company will publish Interim Reports and a Half-Year Report as follows:

• Interim Report for January-March on Thursday 26 April 2018,
• Half-Year Report for January-June on Thursday 19 July 2018,
• Interim Report for January-September on Thursday 18 October 2018.
