PORTFOLIO/SEVERAL EXITS IN AMANDA'S PORTFOLIO                                   

Medivire Työterveyspalvelut was sold to Suomen Terveystalo                      
Intelsat Ltd was sold to BC Partners                                            
29,9 % of Salcomp was sold to Nordstjernan AB                                   

There have been exits in Amanda's portfolio. The exits together generate a cash 
flow of over four million euros for Amanda. All exits are profitable. 

MB Funds has sold together with other owners Medivire Työterveyspalvelut to     
Suomen Terveystalo. Suomen Terveystalo is Finland's most extensive clinic and   
hospital group providing healthcare and hospital services. The transaction      
generates proceeds to Amanda, which is due to be accounted in Amanda's result in
the third quarter in 2007.                                                      

Permira III - private equity fund has sold its share of Intelsat Ltd to         
international private equity firm BC Partners. Intelsat is the leading provider 
of fixed satellite services (FSS) worldwide, serving the media, network services
and government customer sectors, enabling people and businesses everywhere      
constant access to information and entertainment.                               
The transaction generates proceeds to Amanda, which is due to be accounted in   
Amanda's result in the fourth quarter in 2007.                                  

EQT II B.V. - private equity fund has sold Salcomp Plc shares to investment     
company Nordstjernan AB. EQT's ownership decreased from 52,3% to 22,4%. In      
addition Nordstjernan has an option to further acquire more Salcomp's shares    
from EQT. Completion of this transaction would decrease EQT's holding in Salcomp
below 5%. Salcomp is a global developer and manufacturer of mobile charges. Its 
customers are the major mobile phone manufacturers. The transaction generates   
proceeds to Amanda, which is due to be accounted in Amanda's result in the third
quarter in 2007.
