REKA CABLES' MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Harry Clayhills (51), M.Sc. (Econ.), Deputy Managing Director of Reka
Cables since 21 August, has been appointed as Managing Director of Reka Cables
Ltd. He will also continue working as Director of Finance and Development at
Reka Cables Ltd.
