Componenta Corporation (Business ID 1635451-6) has on 15 August 2014 received
the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities
Markets Act, according to which Keskinäinen Henkivakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen's
total holding of shares and voting rights of Componenta Corporation has
exceeded 5%. 

According to the notifications Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen's
holding has increased to 3,000,000 shares corresponding to 6.78% of total
amount of shares and votes of Componenta Corporation in the Componenta share
issue directed to a limited group of selected investors (Private Placement) on
15 August 2014. 

Amount of Componenta Corporation shares and votes on 15 August 2014 prior to
the share issue was 29,269,224. In the share issue of Componenta a maximum
total of 15,000,000 new shares are offered to a limited group of selected
investors on 15 August 2014. Holdings of Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö
Ilmarinen has been calculated using 44,269,224 as a total number of shares.
