VST AB - Notification on material event

Concerning the loan to LEO LT, AB

VST, AB in accordance with the decision of the Management Board of the company,
has granted a loan to LEO LT, AB in amount of LTL 48 million. 

LEO LT, AB owns 98,2 percent of VST, AB shares.
