TELESTE'S FINANCIAL REPORTING SCHEDULE AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2015

Teleste Corporation will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2014 and
three Interim Reports in 2015 as follows: 

February 5, 2015 - Financial Statements Bulletin for 2014
April 30, 2015 - Interim Report for January-March 2015
August 6, 2015 - Interim Report for January-June 2015
October 29, 2015 - Interim Report for January-September 2015

The Annual Report for 2014 will be published at www.teleste.com during week
11/2015. 

Teleste Corporation's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday,
April 9 2015, at 3 pm EET in Helsinki. Teleste's Board of Directors will summon
the meeting at a later date.
