Disclosure under chapter 2 section 9 of the securities market act

Aktia Plc has on 23 December 2009 received a disclosure under Chapter 2,
Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the total number of
voting rights owned by Pension Insurance Company Veritas has on 23 December
2009 risen above one tenth (1/10) of Aktia Plc's entire voting rights. Pension
Insurance Company Veritas now holds 9,602% of Aktia Plc's stocks and 10,489% of
voting rights.
